Behind the 2026 Annual Meeting Concept: Inside Out
The annual meeting of Peterdraw in 2026 had a grand theme: Inside – Outside. Held in Yogyakarta from January 27-29, this gathering invited the entire team to reflect deeply. It recognized that our external words, behaviors, and work output directly mirror our inner state.
The concept highlighted three core pillars:
- Well-Being (nurturing health and balance)
- Self-Awareness (building mature self-understanding)
- Accountability (embracing real responsibility)
By strengthening these inside elements, the team aimed to shine outwardly as reliable contributors, supportive collaborators, and genuinely happy individuals.
The theme came alive through the sharp jargon “Unite the Vision, Align the Action”, which perfectly linked the internal and external. “Unite the Vision” focused on aligning personal well-being, self-awareness, and accountability into a shared, solid foundation. “Align the Action” then ensured daily behaviors and collaborations reflected that inner commitment. It created a clear cause-and-effect flow where unified inner vision drives consistent outward results.
The entire series of events at this year’s meeting represented the theme and jargon.
Three Days of Event: Reflect, Connect, Adventure
Over three dynamic days in Yogyakarta, the Peterdraw team turned the Inside – Outside theme into lived experience.
Presentation Day
Day 1 kicked off with focused presentations at Gaia Cosmo Hotel. The team dove into the 2025 Design Review, Annual Report highlights, emerging Design Trends for 2026, Social Media updates, and key HRD information. Ice breakers kept the energy high, and the day wrapped up with a casual BBQ night.
With the dynamics, turbulence, and changing trends and demands of both the market and the platform, Peterdraw successfully achieved its targets set in the previous year. Furthermore, last year’s design results were not only aesthetically pleasing but also aligned with functionality and even sustainability.
Appreciation Day
Day 2 shifted to deeper connection and growth. The Inside-Outside Game Activity featured three engaging challenges: the Decision Matrix, Stick to the Span, and the Sudden Drop Mystery. Each designed to spark self-reflection and teamwork. A guest speaker session on health and wellness added inspiration, followed by the heartfelt Awards Night to celebrate contributions and milestones.
There were 3 award categories given, namely best designer, all arounder and employee of the year. The award recipients in 2026 at this annual meeting were:
- Dinna Nafisa, Head of Designer, as the Best Designer
- Ghina Luqyana, Creative Director, as All Arounder
- Siska Putri N., HRD, as Employee of the Year
The evening wrapped with genuine cheers and shared pride. These recognitions highlighted how inner growth fuels outstanding contributions.
Team Building Day
Day 3 took the team to Kaliurang for pure adventure. They explored the cultural treasures of Ullen Sentalu Museum before hopping into jeeps for an exhilarating ride around Merapi Mountain. The outdoor setting encouraged trust, laughter, and shared excitement, turning inner unity into visible team strength amid stunning volcanic views.
The adventure in Kaliurang wasn’t just about having fun. As a form of team building, there were games for Peterdaw and his teammates to complete. The final day was filled with new historical insights, exciting adventures, and efforts to build strong teamwork.
Reflection on Annual Meeting and for the Better Future
