Keeping up with powerful no-code tools for UI/UX design is essential in today’s fast-moving industry. To stay ahead, continuous improvement and upskilling are necessary. This April, Peterdraw Studio took another meaningful step forward by organizing a three-day Webflow Bootcamp specially designed for designers who were new to the platform.

This was not an entirely new initiative, but rather a continued effort to train and equip the team’s newer designers with Webflow skills. From April 7 to 9, 2026, the studio fostered a supportive and encouraging learning environment. Beginners built their skills from the ground up, guided by experienced mentors and embraced by the warm, collaborative spirit that defines Peterdraw.

Why Webflow Bootcamp? The Vision Behind It

Peterdraw always encourages the team to learn something new and actively facilitates them to grow. True to this value, the studio organized the Webflow Bootcamp 2026 to help its designers gain confidence in building modern, responsive, and dynamic websites using this powerful visual development platform.

The bootcamp was intentionally created for beginners, while still mixing in a few team members with some prior exposure. This blend encouraged peer learning, created a supportive atmosphere, and allowed more experienced members to share tips while reinforcing their own knowledge.

The main objectives were clear and practical:

  • Equip beginner designers with solid Webflow foundations, from basic structure and interactions to more advanced features like CMS and e-commerce setups.
  • Build genuine confidence in using Webflow as a reliable go-to tool for real client projects, reducing dependency on traditional coding workflows.
  • Create consistency across the design team in approaching no-code web development, so everyone speaks the same “Webflow language” in future collaborations.

Participants were expected to complete hands-on exercises during the bootcamp and work on three themed project briefs as take-home assignments. These projects would serve as important learning milestones and valuable additions to their portfolios, giving them tangible proof of their progress.

Inside the Bootcamp: Three Days of Growth and Practice

Each day was thoughtfully structured to balance clear instruction, hands-on practice, and meaningful interaction. Participants moved through new concepts at a steady pace, gradually building real confidence as they applied what they learned through practical exercises. The three days combined focused learning, creative building, and a warm, supportive atmosphere.

Day 1: Laying the Foundations

The day began with an inspiring opening session by Afandi, founder and CEO of Peterdraw. He explained why mastering Webflow is essential for modern designers. Next, Dinna Nafisa, Head of Design, led sessions on Webflow foundations and layouting. The explanation covered structure, core concepts, and responsive design principles clearly.

After lunch, participants shifted into hands-on practice. With close guidance from the Head of Design, together with the Chief Design Officer, Clarisa, they started applying what they had learned, making their first attempts and celebrating small wins. Before the day ended, everyone received their brief assignments to be completed as take-home work.

To wrap up the productive day, the team enjoyed a quick, informal game session. It offered a refreshing break after hours of focused learning and hands-on practice. True to Peterdraw Studio’s spirit, the bootcamp balanced learning with fun moments. Laughter and interaction helped everyone recharge and stay energized for the next sessions.

Day 2: Diving Deeper into Dynamic Features

The second day started early with breakfast and some preparation time to review the previous day’s lessons. The main session dove deeper into E-commerce and CMS. Participants learned how to build collections, set up dynamic pages, and integrate shopping flows, skills that open up exciting possibilities for future client work.

After a short break, a lively quiz injected extra energy and friendly competition into the room. The winners earned the right to choose their preferred brief for the post-bootcamp task and received special prizes from Peterdraw. The rest of the day was dedicated to continuing the projects.

The evening closed on a meaningful note with the Official Closing session: a relaxed sharing circle where participants openly shared their impressions, challenges, funny moments, and honest feelings. The heartfelt conversation strengthened team bonds and reminded everyone they were learning together.

Day 3: Finishing Strong and Saying Goodbye

On the final day, the atmosphere was focused yet relaxed. The team used the morning to complete their projects, putting together the final touches with growing confidence. This was followed by a group review session where everyone presented their work and received constructive feedback. The reviews were encouraging, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement, which helped solidify the lessons learned.

“The event was really fun, especially because it was held offline. During the material sessions and practice, if there was anything unclear, we could ask directly right away.” – Zihan, Bootcamp Participant

Once all submissions were finalized, participants prepared for check-out and a warm farewell. The simple Sayonara marked the end of a meaningful and productive experience. Though brief, the moment carried a strong sense of accomplishment and connection. Everyone left with shared memories and a deeper bond formed during the bootcamp.

“The Webflow Bootcamp 2026 provided a very impressive and beneficial experience. This event has the potential to become an impactful and memorable bootcamp for the future.” – Anggi, Bootcamp Participant

Throughout the bootcamp, participants received carefully prepared supporting learning materials. These included cheatsheets, practice modules, Figma files, and example Webflow projects. Each resource was designed to support continued learning beyond the sessions. They became valuable references participants could revisit anytime after the program.

Webflow Bootcamp: Where Learning Becomes Growth

What began as a learning program evolved into a shared experience of growth. Each participant progressed at their own pace while supporting one another. The journey strengthened both individual confidence and team connection. It reinforced the importance of learning together in a supportive, collaborative environment.

The Webflow Bootcamp leaves a lasting impact beyond these three meaningful days. It equips designers with practical skills they can apply in real projects. More importantly, it builds a mindset of continuous improvement and exploration. This momentum will continue shaping stronger, more confident designers moving forward.
